Welcome to Krishna Computers. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, website (krishna.gsmweb.in), and repair/service offerings.

By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Krishna Computers provides computer sales, laptop repair, printer servicing, CCTV installation, AMC contracts, data recovery, and related IT services at our workshop in Margao, Goa, and through on-site visits within Goa.

2. Service Orders

• Every device received for service is issued a unique Order Number.
• Please produce the job sheet or SMS at the time of collection.
• Estimated repair time is a guidance only and may vary based on diagnosis and spare part availability.
• Service estimates may change after physical inspection of the device.

3. Data & Backup

Krishna Computers is not responsible for any data loss during service, repair, or upgrade. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices. We do not access, copy, or retain any customer data unless required for the specific service.

4. Warranty

• Warranty, if applicable, is limited to the specific part replaced and does not extend to the entire device.
• Warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering after service.
• New equipment sales are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only.

5. Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days of intimation may attract storage charges. After 90 days, Krishna Computers reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed devices to recover storage and repair costs, after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

6. Payments

All invoices are payable on delivery. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. For AMC contracts, payment terms are as per the specific contract agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Krishna Computers' liability is limited to the cost of the repair/service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Margao, Goa.
